Ciabatta
Our Ciabatta are made from organic white flour and enriched with Extra Virgin Olive Oil plus the addition of two different pre-ferments; levain and poolish. The poolish makes for a crisper crust and a lighter crumb.

Flaky and crisp on the outside with two chocolate sticks hiding in the centre of this beautiful vegan pastry.
Seeded Rye Sourdough
Our lovely rye loaf is made entirely with organic rye flour and a rye starter. Rye bread is considered more nutritious than wheat bread and has an earthy, nutty and slightly malty taste.

A sourdough loaf made from organic white flour, wholemeal flour and rye flour with a seed mix of sunflower, golden linseed, brown linseed and pumpkin seed mixed throughout. 750g
