Docker is a sourdough bakery and patisserie based in Folkestone, Kent. Over the past nine years we have grown from a weekend shop in a shipping container to a large wholesale and retail bakery at the centre of our community. We pride ourselves in offering the best bread and pastry in the region, all made with care and as ethically as possible.

Now we can supply Bloom Stays guests with our lovely pastries, beer and bread to holiday homes within 15 kms of our bakery. If you order by midday on Wednesday we can deliver to your door on Friday. Which is a happy coincidence as our sourdough bread is made with a live starter and slowly ferments for the same, 48 hours. So think of your order as pressing 'go' on the sourdough starter which will be ready to eat when you get to your holiday house.
